If you have submitted abstract(s) for PENSA 2023, please sign in with the same credentials you created for abstract submission. Otherwise, please create an account with your corresponding email address to register for PENSA 2023.

Most importantly, please be reminded that the registration deadline is based on the Payment Date, NOT the registration date.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR REGISTRATION FEES:

  1. Payments will be processed in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar).
  2. The reference exchange rate is NTD 31: USD 1. The actual rate will depend on the exchange rate set by your credit card’s issuing bank.
  3. Your credit card bank may impose a currency exchange surcharge.
  4. Special rates are given to local attendees due to the support from Taiwan government.

Method of Payment

We accept international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB Card. If you have any remittance requirements, please send an email to the congress mailbox at reg@pensa2023.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations must be submitted via writing email to the Congress Secretariat at reg@pensa2023.com.
  2. Refunds for registration fees will be processed after the conclusion of PENSA 2023.
  3. Confirmed refunds will be issued after the congress, via bank transfer or credit card, according to your initial payment method.
  4. Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.

Registration fee refunds will be made according to the following schedule (GMT+8) and charges:

Cancellation Cut-off Date Refund Policy
Cancellation from May 19, 2023 to Aug 17, 2023 50% of the payment made
Cancellation on or after Aug 18, 2023 No refund
No show / Depart early No refund

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions, as the congress does not provide coverage for individual booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
