VISA Information

We encourage foreign attendees to apply for visas as early as possible. Please consult or seek advice from your local embassy or overseas mission if you encounter problems during your application. They have the expertise and experience to handle visa-related matters efficiently to ensure a smooth process.

Once online registration is completed and full payment is received, the official invitation letter will be provided by PENSA 2023 Secretariat upon request. Please contact reg@pensa2023.com.

Please note that the passport shall be valid for at least six months before the date of the scheduled entry into Taiwan.

Passport holders of the following-mentioned nationalities are eligible for an eVisa.

Please follow the steps below to complete your eVisa application.

1. Fill out and submit the application form online.

   *Attendees will receive an Ecode at this step. Please note that Ecode will be used when applying for eVisa.

2. Complete the payment.
3. Wait for the approval of the eVisa.

   *Please be reminded that the Bureau of Consular Affairs may request other relevant documents.

4. Provide eVisa and Official Invitation Letter in English (Colored, Clear, and legible) when entering Taiwan.

Residents from Hong Kong and Macau must hold an Entry Permit to enter Taiwan.

• For those who have never entered Taiwan.

1. Submit the application form online.
2. Wait for the approval of Entry Permit, it takes at least 5 working days.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Provide Entry Permit and Official Invitation Letter in English (Colored, Clear, and legible) when entering Taiwan.

• For those who were born in Hong Kong or Macau

• For those who have ever been allowed to enter Taiwan.

1. Complete the application form online.
2. Print out the Entry Permit document.
3. Provide Entry Permit and Official Invitation Letter in English (Colored, Clear, and legible) when entering Taiwan.

At this moment, the Congress is submitting government documents. Once approved, the secretariat will assist in the Visa application. Please provide the following documents to expedite the process.

1. 大陸地區人民入出臺灣地區申請書：請來信向大會秘書處索取。(務必以電子檔案填寫，請勿手寫)
2. 六個月以上效期之大陸地區護(證)照。
3. 大陸地區居民身分證或足以證明身分之文件彩色影本。
4. 最近兩年內所拍攝之二吋彩色、脫帽、未戴有色眼鏡，五官清晰、不遮蓋，相片不修改，足以辨識人貌之照片，且不得使用合成照片。(直5公分，橫3.5公分，人像自頭頂至下顎之長度不得小於3.2公分及超過3.6公分，白色背景之正面半身照片jpg圖檔)
5. 與大會相關專業造詣或現職之職務證明。
6. 收入證明。
7. 預計抵臺及離臺班機日期。

備註：

• 若申請人在國外地區或香港、澳門者，應另檢附國外地區再入境簽證、居留證、香港或澳門身分證影本。
• 簽證審核成功後，將酌收辦理簽證之額外規費。

The Congress will apply the ECode for you through the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please provide the following required documents (clear and legible) by email to PENSA 2023 Congress Secretariat (reg@pensa2023.com) before 5th September 2023 (GMT+8), application overdue will not be accepted.

1. Passport Copy (Colored, Clear, and legible) (The passport shall be valid for at least six months before the date of the scheduled entry into Taiwan.)
2. Flight itinerary (issued by an airline company or travel agency)
3. Hotel reservation (issued by a hotel or travel agency)

Once your Ecode is approved, we will send an Ecode to you, which allows you to apply for an eVisa online. Please click here to fill out the eVisa applications and complete the payment online.
